Andrew Johnson

  • Director

    Andrew is the visionary founder and director of Accounting Home Loans. With a robust background in lending to medical professionals and six years of serving the legal industry through Legal Home Loans, he is excited to bring this new venture to market.  


    Recognising the similar professional profiles and needs within the legal and finance/accoutning communities, Accounting Home Loans has been created and designed to support accounting professionals with their lending needs.


    Andrew is dedicated to empowering his team to provide elite service as well as tailored finance solutions to the accounting and finance sectors, allowing clients to achieve both their professional ambitions and personal goals.


    Ever active, outside of Accounting Home Loans, you can find Andrew surfing the Northern Beaches, snowboarding in the winter, or training for his next boxing bout.


Cullen Haynes

  • Director of Sales

    Cullen Haynes, our Director of Sales, brings an unparalleled passion for finance and a driving motivation to Accounting Home Loans. Prior to joining our team, Cullen was a leading sales executive at Macquarie Group, where he honed his expertise in sales and leadership.

     

    At Accounting Home Loans, Cullen is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of teamwork. He also oversees our Staff Benefits Program, collaborating with firms to present educational finance sessions to professionals.

     

    Outside of his professional life, Cullen is an avid reader and long-distance runner. He lives by the philosophy, "leave everyone you meet better than you found them," which guides both his career and personal endeavors. Cullen is also a proud father of two and a fur baby, balancing his successful career with a fulfilling family life.

Aylin Unsal

  • General Manager

    Aylin is our General Manager and oversees the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the business. As part of her role, she also manages all marketing and communications, partnerships, and internal culture. Aylin comes from a marketing background where she previously worked on building global brands in Australia, UK, and abroad. She is also experienced in developing new and sustainable business models. 


    Committed to building purposeful, life-long relationships with customers, she is always looking at how we can better serve our customers and improve the client experience. She is driven by her passion for helping others grow, whether it is by mentoring the team or helping our clients achieve their lending goals. On her weekends, she loves cooking up a storm for friends and family and seeing live music.

Rachael Massoud

  • Lending Manager

    Rachael has experienced multiple roles within the lending function, including acting as a broker for several years. In her current capacity, she is Lending Manager and primarily looks after processes and efficiency, staff training, and internal compliance. She also manages our bank and lender relationships, with continual two-way feedback on how we can improve the customer experience for our clients. Rachael enjoys workshopping scenarios with the lending team to find solutions that will achieve the best outcomes for clients. She is practical and systematic in her approach and prides herself on being at the forefront of industry and credit updates. Away from the office, Rachael enjoys kickboxing training and trying out new restaurants with friends and loved ones.

Robin Soares

  • Professional Lending Specialist

    Robin is dedicated to helping professionals in the accounting and finance sectors achieve their lending goals. With a strong drive to exceed expectations, he excels in assisting clients to find favourable solutions. His deep knowledge and approachable nature make him a trusted advisor to his clients. 


    At Accounting Home Loans, Robin brings a calming energy and a collaborative spirit to the team. 


    Beyond his professional life, Robin is passionate about sports. He plays football for his local club on weekends and enjoys going to the beach and attending concerts.

Ananya Kantharaju

  • Inside Sales Associate

    As an Inside Sales Associate, Ananya finds it highly rewarding being a part of the process that assists clients to achieve their finance goals. She has a calm and steady approach to her work that is essential in helping our clients reach settlement. Her personal goal is to have fun everyday at work, and her bubbly outlook on life is contagious to the team around her. In her spare time you can find Ananya playing badminton, trying new cuisines or watching a movie
